I received a call from the store saying they believed I had dropped $40 and should come pick it up. I left work and drove to the store. After reviewing the video, it was clear that I paid with Apple Pay and did not drop any cash. The explanation then changed, and I was told they weren’t sure whose money it was. One employee a dude became argumentative instead of simply acknowledging the mistake, and then walked away from the conversation. I ended up telling them to keep the $40 because I was more concerned about the time I lost coming to the store. The entire situation felt unprofessional and poorly handled, especially by the managers. I won’t be returning

I enjoyed myself, to all the people in the store thank you so much. This Place is warm and welcoming the staff kind and smart.

Years ago you could actually get health food you could trust. Now most of their food items are full of sugar. For my of the supplements we are accoustomed to using we have had to resort to Amazon. Organic produce is good but more expensive than Costco. I go there to get Veganease. Their Manuka Honey is not high enough grade to be antimicrobial or effective. You might as well get raw honey. Costco also has a higher grade Manuka Honey. Not the highest but high enough.

Fresh and healthy foods are offered her with specialty sections for herbal remedies. There is a bulk area for self serve dried fruits and chocolate dipped items. The store is well organized and the staff is responsive and knowledgeable. The is a good place for vegetarian options or anyone looking for healthy nutrition.

This location is super convenient at it's located off of the busy State St, but right next door to my hairstylist! Super clean, inviting, and items/food are placed nicely that it makes a pleasurable grocery shopping experience. Great sales on protein bars and exclusive chocolate bars! They also sell my favorite CBD cream and tincture here so that's always a plus for me. Good Earth is always a great place to shop, whether in this location or the one in American Fork!
